Yeah I mean I already ordered a H110 and an NHD-15 and I already regret those decisions. The NHD-15 fans are ugly (and since I have a side window panel, its kind of a thing I can't just ignore) and the H110 seems to be loud. I don't care how much the air cooler costs as long as it provides comparable performance to the Noctua (not exact performance) and doesn't look like a pile of dog crap.

However, I may just have to keep the NHD-15's for a non-window build.

You can keep your old toy's and order a new one, but also the H110 is a LC right? You can just swap out the fans with Noctua Fans to make it quiter :D

Well I would imagine that a liquid cooler with noctua fans would be the best of both worlds right? :p

Honestly I'd rather go with an air cooler, but as I said my parts are are red (mobo is red, ram is red, LED's are red, front LED fan is red). Basically everything EXCEPT my graphics card is red. My graphics card has a yellow frame, but its hard to notice because of the yellow LED's. Maybe the same will be true with the Noctua fans. If they are far enough away from the window, they wont be as noticable with my NZXT LED strip.

Since the Phanteks and the Noctua cooler since I already have the NHD-15 and H110 being shipped to me.

The real question is: Would I see better performance with a water cooler with noctua fans, or would the full on air cooling be a better option?

Liquid cooling with noctua fans all the way braa! LC delivers betters temp cooling than air cooling :p

Well I've heard that the NHD-15 beats a lot of water coolers. Is that because of their fans? I imagine if it is the fans, that I would see much better performance with them combined.

The Phanteks PH-TC14PE has my FX8350 build at 5.2 ghz, fantastic cooler.
