Have a look at the wattage of your PSU (will be on the label of the PSU). Then we can say what graphics card is supported.

Something like the GT740 or gtx 750 would be good spec for that machine.

Get a r7-240 or maybe gt 730.
If you dont have a good PSU buy a certified PSU(>300W) also.

I had the same specs when i switched from dota to dota 2. I bought a gt630 1gb ddr5 at that time with a decent PSU. If you dont have a decent psu buy one. The GT 630 is an old card and was able to run the game on >30 fps even during team fights(on medium-high settings and 1280x720 resolution).
So if you just want to play dota get a card equivalent in performance. I won't suggest GT 630 as it an old card.

Another thing to note is that anything better would not be of much significance as even the GT630 was bottlenecked in that PC (The Bottleneck was not very huge bottleneck but was definitely noticeable once i switched the processor) .

PSU = Power Supply Unit.

If you know the Wattage of your PSU (Power Supply Unit) then it's much easier for us to recommend to a Graphics Card or a Graphics Card and PSU upgrade.

The type of Graphics Card you can run is dependant on many factors - your PSU is one of the main ones.
