My components are/will be these

PSU: Corsair Builder Series CXM 430M
Motherboard: Gigabyte H61M-S2PV (Mini-ITX I think)
Graphics Card: Evga GTX 750 Ti 2GB
1 3.5" Harddrive
1 2.5" SSD
I don't have any coolers I think a fan comes with the case?
I also have a PCI Express USB3.0 card as my motherboard doesn't have USB 3 support, I am not too fussed if I have to leave this out however it would be nice if I can put it in

I believe the Prodigy M has better cable management etc. but do you think it would be better to get the original Prodigy?

Thanks

If you have any choice, get the Prodigy (ITX) because it's a much better overall design. It might only take ITX boards, but other than that there are very few restrictions (the M version has many) and better performance.

Given you are using an older motherboard and a fairly cheap graphics card, I'm assuming you are trying to do this on a fairly low budget. If that's the case, I'd probably avoid the Prodigy(s) altogether. Depending on where you are in the world, there are usually far cheaper options. If you are doing it for size/portability, then there are still far smaller/cheaper options too - those handles don't make it easy to carry.

To answer your actual question, you shouldn't have any issues fitting those components into a Prodigy M. Your motherboard however, is microATX which prevents you from doing a build in an ITX Prodigy.

Yeah fairly low budget however I do really like the look of the Prodigy's, I don't really want to have to get a new motherboard so it looks like I'll be ordering the Prodigy M tomorow
