Is there any Amd based builds for my first gaming pc build that could play games like BF4,Assassin's Creed,Splinter cell,TF2,etc on high to ultra graphics with good fps and if you could please include the OS as well I personally like Windows 8.1 but 7 is fine my budget would be around maybe 900-700.

These two builds are great, but if you decide to go with the second one, get the AMD FX-8320 instead. It performs literally the same as an 8350 and can even be overclocked to 8350 speeds all the while being worth it as it is cheaper.

Steven, couple really good suggestions here. AntonM95 has built a fine AMD rig for you, and I would probably do as Sora suggests and go with the 8320. My recommendation is to use the ASUS Sabertooth mobo: less expensive then the Crosshair, similar features, and I believe a 5 yr. warranty vs. 3 yrs.(At least that is the warranty in the U.S.).
