I will buy a new Graphic Card although I have GTX 660ti & its just 3 months old. The new card I have chosen is....

1) ASUS GTX 760 2gb
2) ASUS R9 280X 3gb

So, my question is which card will give me good performance in ultra setting gameplay...?

Here is a little info of my pc.
AMD FX 6300
ASUS M5A78L USB3 motherbord
2 HDD @ 5700 RPM
120 gb Samsung ssd
Seasonic 850W Modular Power Supply

Solution
The R9 280X performs about the same as the GTX 770, which in turn performs better than the GTX 760. Get the 280X. Plus having an extra gb of VRAM should help a bit with future proofing.

The GTX 970 was released last week on the 19th. If you did not know. There is no point waiting for the GTX 960, it will be weaker than the GTX 970 so you might as well go get the GTX 970 right now, its already has been released don't listen to footbrake4life.

But the price is what he would be waiting for, if you look at his original post he never mentioned anything about the 970. Thats why I said wait for the 960 OR 970 because if he waited longer he could save more money then potentially buy the better card if he choose to pay the extra money. I know not all of us have the extra $100 to spend on a 970 over a 760.

To answer the original question now that my opinion has been stated, I personally love the Nvidia GPUs more than AMD's GPUs. I have a AMD 7970 right now and I wish that I would have gone with an Nvidia card. The 760 is the card that I would pick out of the two you asked about.

Maybe I should wait little bit & wait for GTX 970. It haven't reach in India yet. It will take some time. May be 4 to 6 months. Don't you think it will bottleneck with my system spec..?

I don't think the 970 would bottleneck the CPU, what is it clocked at and what cooler are you using?

I don't think a 970 would bottleneck that CPU, it shouldn't at least but I would make sure to run that CPU at turbo (4.1Ghz) if you get that card

By the way... GTX 970 as well as R9 280X is PCI Express 3 card... & my motherboard ASUS M5A 78L-M have only PCI Express 1 slots. So, will those cards run & perform well with that motherboard...?
