Hey guys,

Recently, a fan in my computer makes louder noise than normal,
Even when i'm not playing games. I can't hear which fan it is, maybe the graphics card or the PSU. My gpu is a GTX 650 . Can someone help me? Also, can this be a gpu driver problem??

Hello... Your case fans are running at 100%? what is plugged into your System Fan 1 and 3 of your MB? do you have them set to full speed in your BIO's or APP? Are they wired properly?
Your CPU and GPU FANs are Fine.

I can't really hear the difference betweer the PSU and the graphics card, but since the graphics card is running at 16% fan speed, i suspect it's the PSU

Hello... it's easy to remove the Power Supply and fit a replacement fan for it... take measurements of width and length for a replacement, and read the voltage on it.
