bootloop after changing cpu cooler

Asrock extreme 4
3570k
Gtx 770
Seasonic m12 620w
G.skill rj 2133 2x4gb
H100i and d14
Ssd and hdd

Ive been reconfiguring the right mount for my cpu cooler but after changing from h100i to d14 back to h100i again then the bootloop occured.
Ive tried the cmos reset but nothing. Also its the kind of bootloop that i usually havewhen i dont have a gpu attached. Help guys

Hello... The same slots... Your could have Bumped something with your hands/fingers...
1) Try reseating your power connections...
2) Try reseating your DATA connections...
3) Did you connect your fan sensors/power?
4) Did you put in it the proper MB CPU/FAN connector?
5) Did you get the Cooler mounted flat to the CPU face?
6) Did you apply Thermal Paste?
