r9 290 aftermarket cooling

I have a reference sapphire r9 290 that I use a custom fan profile to keep it below 75c when gaming but it's extremely noisey.
What aftermarket cooler is the best for me?
I have good case airflow

Always the Arctic Accelero Extreme series:

This one is a bit older, but gives you the idea. Should be a version 5 and a 6, if I recall correctly

installed the arctic extreme IV with the passive huge heatsink for the rear of the card.
its keeping it around 70 during gaming on diablo 3 at max in 4k resolutions.
VRM 1 maxs out at 98c and usually is 80c whilst playing.
VRM 2 is always low

Seems a bit high on the VRMs, properly touching and everything? Might need an additional case or side panel fan point in the general direction of the back of the card.
