CPU Fan error on startup

Hi there, i'm having an issue here. I built a new computer this week, I'm using Asus Z97M-Plus and Intel i7 4790K, no overclocking, no fancy fans, etc. Sometimes (let's say 1/10 of times) when I turn it on, this message appears: CPU Fan error, press F1 for setup. And it leads me to the BIOS. I checked many times the CPU temp, and it's always around 37ºC, that I understand is perfectly normal, and the CPU fan is always working at around 1000rpm. I already checked that the CPU fan is plugged in the CPU Fan plug. Should I simply make the lower CPU fan rpm limit higher? Or is there a problem I should solve?
Thanks a lot in advance, sorry if I don't have the best english ever hahaha.

Should I simply make the lower CPU fan rpm limit higher?

This sentence does not make sense.

By it either you want to decrease the cpu fan limit in the bios or you want to increase the cpu fan limit. Which one is it?

To solve your problem, make sure your HSF fan is plugged into CPU Fan 0 and not CPU Fan Optional and not one of the Chassis Fans.
Also you want to decrease your cpu fan limit. e.g. If your fan limit is currently 500 rpm (the speed at which if lower than 500, the computer will tell you to check your cpu fan, you want to put it to 200 rpm).

Hahaha yes, sorry, not very clear sentence. I was trying to say the limit at which if the cpu fan speed is lower the computer makes an alert.
I checked the CPU plug is correct, it's in CPU_FAN
