One of My old friend booted me offline now my connection wont work the lights on my modem just flashes it the online one flashes for about 1 min then all the lights go off then go back on

That sounds like a hardware problem with the modem. It is POSSIBLE that your IP is getting so much traffic that the line is resetting, but with ALL the lights going off, it sounds like a problem with the modem, or more likely the power supply for the modem.
