Hi folks,
I was wondering if you had any suggestions on what I should upgrade and what I should replace it with. I am getting okay frames now in new games, but I would like the play with like 60 frames. I am kind of on a tight budget, $300 is probably the most I would spend on a new part.

Computer Specs:
Gigabyte F2A88XM-D3H Ultra Durable Motherboard
8GB DDR3 Kingston RAM
AMD A10-6800k 4.10 GHz Quad core processor
1 TB Caviar Blue Hard Drive
Cooler master GX 750w power supply
Sapphire Radeon HD 5970 2GB GDDR5
Don't feel like getting a new case, just got one.

Aside from the GPU, not much to recommend without starting over.

5970 should still be a pretty potent card despite being about 2 generations out of date.

The most beneficial upgrade if you want to buy right now would probably be a R9-280X - about twice as fast as your current HD5970.

Really the only way is to upgrade your graphics card. Spend all $300, and check that it fits your case.
