1) Check the BIOS version, http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xkPUTCjvf_0 if it is not the newer one try to update it. Also the AMD chipset driver too. http://support.amd.com/en-us/download/chipset?os=Window...

2) Because you got the 2nd-hand MB, the problem may be from MB, RAM or PSU, 1 long beep and 3 short beeps usually is GPU or RAM error.
For test the RAM, run the MemTest86 http://www.memtest86.com/download.htm
For GPU or PSU, because you know the 5750 works, so try the lower end GPU to test the PSU ( gigabyte superb e620 smps) , because the 5750 need 1x 6pin pcie connector, I guess it can't power the HD5750.

So if the RAM is fine, and you can boot the PC with lower end card, the problem is the PSU, if you can't solve the problem even use the lower end card, the problem may from the MB.

Hello

I repair and build computers for 10 years now. I have tried to build a configuration with a AMD FX6300 Black CPU and also the Asus M5A99X EVO R2.0 motherboard with kingston memory and an Gigabyte R7 260X OC Graf.
I have the same result as you (al these components are brand new).
I have replaced every component you can imagine (CPU ,Graf.,motherboard, memory, power suply ,case etc....) and watherver I try I can't get this thing to work.On some grafic cards with an active cooling the cooling fans even doesn't start to run and with an other card they do run. The same grafic cards in my own computer runs fine.

I have searched the internet for solutions but I cant find a solution. The only thing I can think of is incompatibility but with so many diferent components I find it very weird.
