My motherboard is a GIGABYTE GA - MA78LMT - US2H(AM3/AM2+).
Can someone please tell me if the GTX 750 is compatitible with it?

Yes, that motherboard offers PCI Express slots so pretty much any modern video card will work.

GTX750 doesn't require external power, so it is a good upgrade choice.
