Hello,

Has been around 4 years since my last PC that I built. Have all my parts together for new machine and they are all assembled. Installed and connected everything and pressed power.... nothing. The only thing that happens is the fan on the PSU briefly ticks.

Here is what I have:
EVGA GeForce GTX 780 Ti
Cooler Master HAF 912 - Mid Tower Computer Case with High Airflow Design
Intel Core i5-4690 Processor
Crucial M500 480GB SATA 2.5-inch Internal SSD 7mm drive
Corsair HX850i High Performance Power Supply ATX12V/EPS12V 850 CP-9020073-NA
Gigabyte GA-Z97X-SLI LGA 1150 Z97 2-Way SLI UEFI DualBIOS ATX Motherboard

Everything is installed and cabled. For the life of me I can't figure out what I did wrong.
Picture attached is a example of the MOBO, green markings are what I have plugged in from case. Pink is connected to PSU and red is also filled with what goes there? Extremely frustrated and the issue is probably hitting me in the face and I cannot see it.

Follow these steps.

Also any Reason you got an overclocking motherboard with a locked CPU?

Hmm, I really should look into things more before I take the suggestions of others, just realized this case does not have sound.

What do you mean? No PC cases have speakers for sound. You need to buy speakers.

It appears to have been a bad PSU.

Using old PSU atm and working fine. Never ordered a case that did not come with a internal speaker for HD/MOBO startup beeps
