Hello - I'm looking for advice on buying a convertible laptop/tablet hybrid with an 11-13" screen size. I'd like a sturdy design, a touchscreen and a keyboard that is at least passable - I'm going to do a little bit of programming and typing documents on it, as well as some 2D games (so something with a decent IGP would be nice).

On the lower end of my price range, I considered the Lenovo Yoga 2 11". I liked it because it is compact, looks quite nice and the battery life isn't bad. However, the CPU is Bay Trail rather than proper Haswell, and hence the IGP is quite poor; also, I read the keyboard is a tad flimsy.

On the upper end of price (and size) range is the new HP Pavilion x360 13" (not to be confused with the fairly terrible 11" version). It has an i3 or optionally i5, which is really nice, and the battery life is said to match if not exceed the Yoga. However, I'm having trouble finding reviews because it is new and I'd like to know if the display is IPS like the Yoga.

Please help me decide between the 2, or offer alternatives available in the UK.
