Help disconnecting CPU Fan from Motherboard

Please help, I am in the middle of replacing a processor and I cannot seem to disconnect the [4 pin] CPU Fan cable from the motherboard. I've tried wiggling it and pulling it straight up. The little ah heck just won't seem to part with the fitting.

The little white tab interlocks with the plug, get a really small flat blade and pry it away from the 4 pin plug while pulling up on it and the plug will pop right off
