Can coolermaster enforcer case and asus rampage iv extreme motherboard handle 4 gpus

But doesent rampage iv extreme give more expansion slots ?

Yes, you can install four GTX 780Tis onto the Rampage IV Extreme motherboard, but those four graphic cards require eight expansion slots in the rear of the case (two for each card). That case only has seven slots for expansion card. You wouldn't be able to install the fourth card.

What if i get a small extra pcie slot case where i could install my 2 extra gpus ?

I asked from another person and he said that rampage iv extreme is e-atx motherboard and rampage iv extreme can give me the extra expansion slot because it is e-atx motherboard.

It's not the motherboard. It's the case. Each card is double width which means it needs two expansion slots at the rear of the case. Two expansion slots times four cards means you need eight expansion card slots at the rear of the case. Look at the back of the case. The Cooler Master Enforcer only has seven expansion slots. There is no eighth slot that the fourth card requires.
