Well there is all this that partpicker is squawking about:

MSI 970 GAMING ATX AM3+ Motherboard has an onboard USB 3.0 header, but the BitFenix Merc Beta (Black) ATX Mid Tower Case does not have front panel USB 3.0 ports.

Some AMD 970 chipset motherboards may need a BIOS update prior to using Vishera CPUs.

The BitFenix Merc Beta (Black) ATX Mid Tower Case supports video cards up to 320mm long, but video cards over 270mm may block drive bays. Since the Gigabyte Radeon R9 270X 2GB WINDFORCE Video Card is 297mm long, some drive bays may not be usable.

Only concern there is the BIOS and if the BIOS can be updated with a non-supported CPU, or can be updated without a CPU.

Well it advertises support with fx cpu's on the mobo box so i think it should be good.

But there are two generations of FX CPUs. The older, FX-4100, FX-6200, and FX-8120 would all be called FX CPUs, it is a risky to say the least. Finding a motherboard with guaranteed support isn't that difficult.

Slightly cheaper too:
