HI guys ,

Im using Acer aspire 7551G notebbook, and I just updated my RAM memory from2x2gb 1066 mhz to 2x4 gb 1600 mhz, and my notebook is definetly faster now , first 10 h I my white was white .. no pink. However I decide to update my GPU drivers to the newest in amd, and after that .. not all white going pink but for example im using now google chrome and up there where the TOms hardware forum tab is its a little pinky.. and the text box where i write , all others however are normal white.. Its really strange its happened right after I updated my drivers, However if I try to look the screen from a higher position the pink tint goes back to white?

Any ideas what that could be?
Thanks in advance

like 2 years ago there was a driver that caused something like that to happen, it could be fixed by restoring factory defaults in the amd control center. At the top right hand side, click on the 'preferences' button and from the drop down menu select the 'restore factory defaults'... see if it helps.

In my situation - I got the pink tinged screen on my laptop when plugged in. On battery it wasn't there and on an external monitor it wasn't there. Ran a barrage of tests from Dell on it. Nothing worked. Tech support could not fix this and wanted me to send in my computer. My husband had me go to the toolbar on the bottom of the screen (click on the carrot/up arrow), locate the "True Color" icon, and DISABLE it ! Worked immediately!
