Hello i've been getting this odd ping spikes not just in games but just simple testing it in cmd i tried ping www.google.com -t and also a site in my country but its still the same i tried connecting directly to the modem no difference there i hope this image explains what i'm talking about and btw when i play games my ping goes from 30 to 600 sometimes 999+ stays for a while and goes back down example in Dota it goes from 25 to 120 and stays there for the entire game no downloads active no antivirus while gaming no firewall and no updates http://s30.postimg.org/5iqh0wnld/ping_spikes.png

goto bleepingcomputer.com and cleanup the computer with adwcleaner, roguekiller, junkware removal tool and malware bytes.
If you are heavily infected, you might want to run hitman pro and combofix.
If not you have to contact your ISP and check that with them.
