Right, im not a dumbass and ive tried everything i can think of

I press ON for my pc and it gets past bios but i get 8/9 blue lines at the top of screen(which is because my Boot-GUI is turned off) but immediatly as they show, i get about 5mm of screen tearing and it just freezes there..

I've no idea whats causing it.. sometimes if i spam ctrl+alt+del it puts me through onto desktop.. but ive no idea why it just doesnt go through on its own.

ive tried putting bios back to default and still problem

any help will be much appreciated!!!
