I dont have deep knowladge about hardware stuff on computers etc, anyway long story short,
I have Asrock extreem3 r2.0 mobo
AMD phenom ii x6 1090t CPU
and just bought Corsair vengeance RAM DDR3 1866mhz 2x4gb

First of all my motherboard on bios at auto was reading as 1333mhz my ram, i tryed to change it and the best possible fix was to change it at 1600 allthow the mobo supports up to 2000mhz ram speed so i dont have a clue how to do it at 1866mhz that my ram supports?

Secondly I would like to ask, why my FSB effective and Real clock are both at 200mhz, isnt that to slow? how can i fix that?

200 mhz is the FSB speed for your processor. It "Officially" supports memory at 1066 and 1333 mhz. You should be able to get it to 1600 mhz, anything over that, someone with more experience with this processor will have to help, I am not completely familar with your setup.
