Help Lowering cost

This is my current build; http://pcpartpicker.com/p/LQXFCJ . It is nearly finalized, but it has gone a bit over budget. Any recommendations? I would especially like to downgrade the GPU a bit, A $250 GPU doesn't really fit in the budget.

Cnnsidering the processor, why not go for a R9 270X

The 280 is quite a bit faster, but the bottleneck would be your processor

You can find the R9 270x for around $170 and the R9 270 for around $150, both of those would be good choices. There is also the R9 280 which is around $200.
