I am a tech idiot mom! My son loves xbox live and all I know is when he uses it I can't use my computer.
I just got us comcast 50 mbps internet and it still kicks my computer off though it says "connected" it keeps loading and gives an error can't connect message.
How can I fix this ? I don't understand so dumb it down....I have all Comcast X1 equipment and their router and modem....will running a cable to the router physically help? IF so what kind of cable is used for that? Would that fix this or should i go by our own higher end modem, router , or both? Please help I just need to be able to work while he plays!
