Is this a good cpu temperature while playing dead rising 3 ?

50's are good, i'd prefer to keep the down in the 40's. The only time you should be concerned is if it reaches 60-80, which is in context, very hot. Keep us posted.

Idle at 30s and 70s in full load with prime 95.

Cooler corsair h100i and cpu i5 4670k 4.4 @ 1.280v

Even at stock your CPU will not become a bottleneck for anything. So any extra performance you can get over stock is only going to help you. 4.4 is not bad at all and you are still around a decent amount for volts.
