CPU question, need to know if upgrade is worth it for my gfx card and if it will make a difference.

So, since 2011 I've had a Intel Pentium CPU G860@ 3.00GHz, I am thinking of upgrading to an i5 3570k or something better around 250-400 dollars, I have a GTX 750 TI for a graphics card. How much of a difference will this make? is it worth the upgrade? thanks.

Also, is my GTX 750 TI being bottle necked by current crappy dual core?

I would definitely upgrade the CPU before you upgrade the GPU at all. If you upgrade the GPU it will be bottlenecked, so upgrading the CPU will be a smart step.

before upgrading the cpu check your motherboard maker you could need a bios update for it
