Building a gaming PC for $850 Canadian before taxes

I did not use an i7 too expensive; an i5 will work fine:

Do you need an OS, monitor, keyboard, mouse or just a tower? also i7 is a tall order in Canada, we get screwed pretty good for importing intel over amd. I went AMD over intel just because an 8320 was the same price as I3. The price difference may be better now, haven't priced out parts in a while.

Right I forgot to mention, I would like atleast an i5 or the equivalent. Also I will be needing windows 7 (don't want 8) so add that in too. But I want the tower to be around $850 and the OS can be extra on top of that.

Then the build linked above looks like a good build. No SSD drive, which is nice, but not needed.
