They made "desktop" towers for years.
Your parts will be just fine with it.
As the above user says, make sure the board is on the bottom side of the case so the heatsink and video card are just sitting on it, not hanging from it.
Some cases are even rotated 90 degrees

the case is a bit bigger than i expected. my tv stand is large and open on all sides no doors so i cant fit it under there. Both side of the case has vent holes with no fans attached. so i didnt want to cover something that should be open
