Hello everyone!

I will change all of my components to a new case, and I will install a new CPU fan. I want to know if I should use an anti static, or I'm good to go by just touching the case?

Thank you

Touching the case will be good enough, though you will be told 100 different ways.

Just dont build on carpet with socks on, and really you are good to go.
I just tap it for a second or two every so often. Static will discharge within a fraction of a second if there was any to begin with.
Wristbands are essentially a third arm that holds onto the case while you work, same concept.

I live in the mountains of California, so as you all know, VERY DRY these last few years, static is on the rise, still never have had a single discharge while working.
