Case without roof exhaust

I am curious if it would be better to add an extra fan to the rear of the computer case so there are 2 120mm fans back to back for a case exhaust that is without a roof exhaust comparing to a single fan.

it would remove more heat, so theoretically better.

Depends on the case and what it has in it and what other fans it has. Should be that you needn't double up.
