Hi,

I would like a 27" 1440p monitor for mostly gaming. I believe my best options are the Asus PB278Q or BenQ BL2710PT or BenQ GW2765HT. After a lot of research they seem to have the best colour with very low response time.

My main concern with the Asus PB278Q is that is uses Pulse Width Modulation (PWM) backlight which can cause headaches. The BenQ BL2710PT picture and response seems worse than the Asus and I can't find anything solid on the BenQ GW2765HT

I ruled out the rog swift because I can not view it in person and have heard really bad reviews with colour changes even when viewing front on and it gives a grainy picture. If you have bought one please advise on your viewing quality opinion.

Which one of these three, or possible another, would be the best 27" 1440p monitor for gaming. The only requirement is when I view the monitor front on, I do not want to see a colour change on the sides and the picture must be nice. I know "nice" is not quantifiable but basically not grainy, pixelated or just bad.

Thanks

I would recommend going with the ASUS PB278Q http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B009C3M7H0. The picture quality and color accuracy are outstanding on it. None of the monitors you listed are really "gaming" monitors but they are all going to give you an excellent picture quality.
