Hi guys so I am wanting to upgrade my current pc by getting a new motherboard and CPU to get the best out of my GPU.

here is what I am looking at

Motherboard -

http://www.amazon.co.uk/MSI-Z87-G45-GAMING-Motherboard-...

CPU - http://www.aria.co.uk/SuperSpecials/Other+products/Inte...
I will give you all the full specs of my current system.

Motherboard -Asus M4N68T-M LE V2
8GB of DDR3 RAM
CPU - AMD Phenom II X4 B60
GPU - Zotac GTX 760 OC
Fan - Cooler Master
PSU - 500W (not sure brand name)
HD - 500GB (not sure brand name)

I want to know if I can transfer all the components to the new motherboard I am looking at (aside from the CPU of course). I would like to know if I would need a new fan, PSU and weather this would work or not?

your honest opinions are appreciated!

The CPU is fine, but I'd suggest you get a Z97 chipset motherboard of the same price and caliber.
Future proof it a bit.

Ok, this is my first time building a pc, I had upgraded a gtx 550 ti to a 760 so I am comfortable with changing parts etc. (not that GPU is hard to change) plus i have google and youtube to help me with certain bits.

is this the 797 chipset you are talking about? http://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B00K8K992W/?tag=pcp0f-21

What about my other components? RAM, Fan, HD etc. are they all easily transfered to the new motherboard?

You didnt list a RAM, that MSI Z97 is great, Fans attach easily as long as you have the fan pins and mounting areas on the case, you'll have to wipe your HDD and reinstall windows so back up things you need to carry over, increase the PSU if you can to 600W, for future upgrades.
