I highly don't recommend buying off those online retailers because those are EXTREMELY overpriced. As you can see what AntonM95 gave you, you can see how you could get an r9 295x2 with that money. However if you are sure that you just want to buy from an online retailer then I would reccomend xoticpc.com. They do accept paypal payments and you can check out their payment options here: http://www.xoticpc.com/payment-information-ip-14.html. Xoticpc has amazing customer service and stress tests their computers so you don't have to worry about getting a defective product. If you go take a look around notebookreview.com forums you can see some xoticpc representatives hanging around there and answering complaints and all.
As for your desktop, I would just go with this one and configure it.
http://www.xoticpc.com/scourge-stage-p-6635.html?wconfi... (although you will be getting an AMD cpu, if you are playing games intel cpu won't make a difference and since amd cpu is cheaper you can get a much better gpu)
As you want Cooler Master Haf X, you can configure it to that.

As you said online shopping is overpriced that link you put in last comment is tooooooo overpriced for example look at the specs and the price ! 1500$ for FX-8320 and R9 285 ! sorry but that's not cool !Yea, it is pretty overpriced, maybe cyberpowerpc is a better choice, not as quality but you get much better specs...

This is the Cyberpowerpc Black Pearl one, go to intel and click x99, one of the options will be black pearl, configure it from there
Try this build on cyberpowerpc
still overpriced, quality is questionable, but much less overpriced than other online websites
CPU: Intel® Core™ i7-5820K Six-Core 3.30GHz 15MB Intel Smart Cache LGA2011-V3
HDD: 2TB (2TBx1) SATA-III 6.0Gb/s 64MB Cache 7200RPM HDD (Single Drive)
MEMORY: 16GB (4GBx4) DDR4/2400MHz Quad Channel Memory (Corsair or Major Brand)
MOTHERBOARD: MSI X99S SLI PLUS ATX w/Intel GbLAN, 4x Gen3 PCIe x16, 2 PCIe x1, 1x M.2, 8x SATA 6Gb/s
SOUND: HIGH DEFINITION ON-BOARD 7.1 AUDIO
VIDEO: AMD Radeon R9 295X2 Dual GPUs 8GB GDDR5 PCIe 3.0 x16 Video Card [+576] (Single Card (Dual GPU))
In this configuration I also got one of the water cooling cpu options and better fans for the case.
price is $2312 including the coolermaster case you wanted and also with a 850 watt corsair 80 plus gold psu (you can configure it yourself)
Note: I don't think they stress test their desktops like xoticpc does though
