So I was breadboarding this build:

Putting in the CPU first, I get error 53, and then after I put in the RAM I get error o7 or 07. I tried troubleshooting with asrock z97 manual and error 53 says in the manual that I need to fix either the RAM or the Processor then reset the CMOS.
I assume error 53 is from lack of ram installed, so after installation I get error o7 or 07. I have 2 ram sticks and I tried placing it in each slot separately and substituting each one with another. I uninstalled the cpu and fan and saw no bent pins etc and reinstalled, but still same thing. Anyone have any idea?
