A LOT of system memory error dump files

I ran a disk cleanup and it says I have over 33GBs of system error menory dump files. Exactly how safe is it to rid my computer of these files. They're on my SSD.

You don't need them for operation - these are log files of errors when you system didn't shut down properly. The only time you need them is if you are troubleshooting errors on your PC.
