I want a quad sli gtx 780 ti build but my case coolermaster enforcer only has 7 pcie slots and i need 8 pcie slots for 4x gtx 780 ti s is there something that i could to do fit those four graphics cards in to my case ?

Solution
e-atx motherboards are wider than normal atx boards but no longer, you mean some cases have slots for xl-atx boards, these have more pci-e slots, thus you can fit the 4 cards in there

So you are using a video card that is only one expansion slot thick, that can do quad-sli. I assume that's what you want to do because you are insisting on fitting 4 cards with only 7 slots.

There are some Japanese video cards manufacturers that turn what is usually 2 slots wide cards into only 1 slot wide. So you might want to go and go talk to Japanese people about this.

He says in the first post that he wants to use GTX 780s - which, last time I checked, don't come in single-slot flavors.

From looking at the enforcer it dosnt look like you can fin a graphics card there, due to psu clearance even if you cut a new pci-e slot bracket. You cannot fit 4 780ti's in a cm storm enforcer. If you are spending so much money on the cards why not just sped an extra 50 bucks for a case that can fit them. Your mobo has enough slots to fit the cards and is e-atx. The rampage iv extreme is not compatible with the cm storm enforcer. buy a different case if you want to fit this hardware

Seems fairly over kill to me.. But assuming ur hardware is viable, as in The pcie slots will allow the graphics cards yo fit and run in full lanes etc. ..your issue seems to be that ur motherboard and case is not lining up...

Then the only option is to customise the case you want, or make ur own using part of thr case that u like, it wont be easy but its doable...and im assuming cash aint an option since ur splashing out this amount of dollar...

Or is this theoretical?

If it wont fit the case ...IT WONT FIT THE CASE...... Simples (meerkat voice stylee)
