The problem is the poor quality power supply.

Download HWInfo and run Sensors. Post the results - usually 3 screenshots in TinyPic or similar. That'll show us how well your hardware is running.

Your Vcore is too high (1.288V) and is making your CPU too hot (56C).

AND don't show all the power supply voltages. Just the 3.3V which is OK. Can you get the 12V, 5V and 3.3V readings from bios/uefi?

While your in bios, drop your Vcore by 0.3V.

There is no graphics card shown! Sure you aren't just using integrated graphics?

display wont show up when u put in my gfx card so i ive kept it aside

and i'll get screenshots from bios in a sec

Yes - Vcore is better now.

Your ram voltage also too high - 1.952V. Drop it back to 1.50

Your 12V reading seems OK too.

I too would recommed changing power supplies.

See reviews eg http://www.technostarry.com/hardware/vip-gold-500w-revi...

and http://www.tomshardware.com/forum/328015-28-gold-editio...

and according to http://www.digit.in/forum/power-supply-cabinets-mods/16... "12v rail max current is 18A" where a 5770 needs 34A

Instead, try Seasonic S12II 520 - 4300inr flipkart - http://www.flipkart.com/seasonic-s12ii-520-watts-psu/p/...

For 2.5k, you can only get more crap PSUs. Good ones are in tiers 1, 2a and 2b of http://www.tomshardware.com/answers/id-1804779/power-su...

We've already got voltage readings that were OK. Its just that as you've seen, when they get old - as yours is - they get problems - usually with heavy loads.
