Hello, I recently got a new PC with a GTX 770. I am not able to use my HDMI cable to plug it into the GPU. Is there a certain HDMI I need?

is this the first time using it/booting? Are the drivers installed? its not uncommon to have to use VGA or DVI at first, and use HDMI after drivers are installed.

Hey Breezy, I have all NVidia drivers. The thing is that the HDMI I have does not plug into my GPU but it does somewhere else on my case. It might be that my HDMI is outdated. And also I have a BenQ xl2411T (I think T) and It says that my monitor is running at 1920 X 1080p @ 60. When I bought the monitor it said it was 144hz? Are there any drivers I need to install? Thanks :)

the 770 should have at least one HDMI and one display port. If you plug into the motherboard and not the GPU you wont be using the GPU for games, it will use the built in graphics. you have to make it work by connecting to the GPU (770)

I decided to use a VGA cable thing. (sorry about not being descriptive) But how do I switch to 64bit instead of 32? I got it as 64.
