I just wanted to know what you guys think about this system. I know the power supply is overkill but, its actually for my previous build since I got a semi. So I will transfer them out.

Intel Core i5-4670K 3.4GHz Quad-Core Processor
Noctua NH-U9B SE2 37.9 CFM CPU Cooler
ASRock Z97 PRO4 ATX LGA1150 Motherboard
Gigabyte GeForce GTX 750 Ti 2GB Video Card
Rosewill BlackHawk ATX Mid Tower Case
EVGA SuperNOVA NEX 750W 80+ Gold Certified Fully-Modular ATX Power Supply

Solution
If I were in your situation I would consider a locked i5 which can save you a bit of money, say $50 or more. You can also ditch the Z97 motherboard for a B85 (since you dont need to overclock) which can also save you $50-100 then put that extra $150 into getting yourself an even better GPU like a GTX 770 which overall will be a much better system for nearly the same budget.

I would switch the CPU to the 4690k. Should be the same price...or similar price for newer and slightly better component. And the GPU...I would consider waiting for the 900 series...and possible go with a different GPU regardless...depending on what you plan on using it for. What about the hard drive or optical drive? And the RAM?

The only reason why I went with the 750ti is because I'm on a budget and for the 950ti will probably be out in 2015. Plus is this build is for Arma 2/3 Dayz so CPU power is more important than GPU. I'm trying to keep it under 700$. With ram which I forgot to put in is probably a Corsair Vengeance 2x4gb. I already have spare opitcal drives and hard drives which is why I didn't put those on the list.

I would guess you plan on overclocking? If not, then you could just go with the stock cooler and save some money.

And did you check to make sure the CPU cooler you chose would work fine in your case with your components and such?
