advice on my completed build

so after a lot and i mean a lot of research i came up with this build which goes a bit over my budget but that i can manage i did not but the intel cpu's as i dont mind a few fps difference and ill be gaming at 1080p possibly max settings what do you guys think ?

CHANGES

Cpu Cooler - 212 evo performs on par I believe..

Mobo - Changed to a 990fx for easier overclocking, but to save money, you can always go with a 970 board. (I'd recommend a Gigabyte 970a-ud3p)

Ram - Cheaper ram, too little of a difference to matter in gaming
