PC wont boot after removing GPU

Hi. So i remove my GPU(cleaning) and after i try to start pc it goes into ,,sleep mode,, , i cant even go in BIOS menu. If i wait the windows sound starts but my PC is still in sleep mode!

-note: When i start PC he recognize my GPU

- now i am using unboard video card

-Config---GPU nvidia 8400 GS
- 4gb RAM
-Intel Celeron E3400
-Windows 7 . 64 bit

PS, sry for my english , please help me!

have you tried resetting the BIOS?

How can it be in sleep mode when you hear the windows sound? didnt you break something on that card? its pretty old so..

yeah is verry strange is like Pc start normal (windows sound) but computer is still in sleep mode....when i go with unboard card is start normal it all ok!

Did you make sure the video card was installed back correctly? Make sure it was seated in the slot correctly and that you have reattached the power cables to it.
