My budget for computer plus OS (Preferably windows 7) right now is 700-800. Any help is appreciated. Just looking to play wow. And in school for graphic design.

Solution
If you are mainly playing WoW which is a CPU intensive fragment. Then maybe swap the FX-6300 with an i5-4690 or i5-4670 and change the motherboard to a H97.

For the graphics card get a R9 270 or 270X (if that doesn't exceed the price range when you changed the CPU and motherboard).
