Will 4 GB internal memory enough for a slightly less budget android smartphone used as follows:
1) Installed with Whatsapp, mail apps, facebook app, opera mini browser and around 10 games (light-medium games).
2) Whatsapp, facebook app and 1-2 games minimised mostly. Not more than 5 apps minimised at a time.
3) Can I install the apps in the external storage SD card?

Any more information is appreciated.

Not all apps can or were made to be installed on an SD card.

I dont know why smartphones have them. You can put stuff all on them

You don't actually get 4GB to use. You get less than that after accounting Andriod been installed, then any carrier apps or non-removeable apps.
Not all apps can be moved to the SD card unless you rooted.

Would be ok to get these social apps but remember IF RAM is less, phone might lag because these apps run in background. You will be ok to install games, number of games depends how much each one takes.
And yeah, some phones have feature to move apps to SD card and some not. If it isn't rooting is the only way but it voids warranty.

Sounds like this will not be enough memory, and many things do not want to run off of an microSD card. Would suggest cutting down your list of apps, or find a phone with 8 GB of memory.
