I got a pc with this specs:
I5 3470
16gb ddr3 ram @800mhz
Sapphire 280x dual x
500gb @ 7200 rpm
Dvd-rw
Corsair cx 600m

The problem is that im comparing my benchmarks with other videos with the same gpu and im getting low performance on games
I check everything and everything is alright with temps.... Do you think i need a bigger power supply? Because it says 750w recommended
(Im getting like 25 fps on crysis 3 and 42 fps on battlefield 4)

As far as you are not getting random crashes or freezes its not needed to upgrade that PSU.
Did you try some public benchmarking software like 3d Mark? This is generally good idea since you can compare the results with similar PC's at the same benchmark settings. If the results are far from the average then there is something obviously wrong. There could be some overheating issues, driver issues or something else. Besides most game benchmarks are done with some manual tweaking and run in quite specific environment, typical user results can vary much.

I know this may sound silly.... but are you running this in fullscreen or windowed? Because there is sometimes an issue whereby the SLI wont kick in if it isnt fullscreen.
Also, again im sure you know what you are doing, but maybe a quick check that the SLI itself is running properly?

Thanks

Sorry mate i misread the dual, thinking that you meant 2x sapphire... Also, do you have MSI afterburner, any idea on gpu temps when you are playing the games?

Being an AMD card SLi will never "kick in", Crossfire might with another card but never SLi!

Guh these people get so pedantic... yes SLI is for Nvidia and Xfire is for AMD. Everyone knows exactly what is being spoken about.... Dont be so fussy. Maybe contribute some useful advice instead as you are a moderator.

Using the correct terms prevents confusion so if you don't like being corrected then I suggest you go and post on a different forum where they don't care if you confuse folk but getting snotty with me will do you no favours.

3dMark cost a 0.. you get free version run the test and send the scores. After that you can compare the score with the similar setups. Its the quick way to find out is there any major problem with the setup.
