My Question is that i have Accer Veriton T661 CPU with
Processor - Q6600
Ram - 8gb
HDD - 160gb
Graphics - Inno3d GTX 750
First i'm using 300 watts PSU and now i want to upgrade to 450 watts PSU it does support my motherboard or its Burn the motherboard?

No, using a higher rated PSU won't burn the motherboard. It does have to be the correct type with the same style power socket connectors though.

What is the model of your motherboard?

You'll find a 500w power supply costs about the same as a 300W. Get a good quality power supply.

The power supply only supplies how much the motherboard requests, so it won't burn your motherboard. I'd get a power supply that's 70-100 dollars for the 450watt if you want good quality. Lower quality will result in a shorter lifespan of the power supply or potentially killing your entire system.
