is this build a decent editing and gaming rig

hi guys i have this rig
Amd fx 6300 at 4.5ghz but if i overclock ot 4.7ghz what would it match
ga-970a-up3d
hd 7870
antec 620m
and use sony vegas 13 and i do play some new games and heaps of indie games and i do play games with 3 screens so the res is 4800x1080
so what do u think

I think its alright for indie games and video editing. But I have a bit of doubt about the GPU. I think you should upto r9 280 to play at that resolution.

7870 is not enough even 1080p res. on some games. (same with 6300, depends on games tho)

maybe ~10fps on that resolution @ very low graphics.

e: upper comment, indie games yes, latest/new games @ 4800x1080p, not possible

ok im just wondering what would be a better a cooler than a nh-d14 im thinking of getting a h100i or cooler master seidon 240m

actually chromic thats not true because can play all the newest games on high or ultra with no aa and get pretty good frames and even at 4800x1080 i can run games on medium to high

I want to see 7870 getting good frames @ 4800x1080p

(~5million pixels , 4K res is ~8 mill.)

and even 290x crossfire struggle at 4k res. (4800x1080 would be ~50% more fps)
