Hi all, I have a very extreme issue that I'm completely out of ideas with....here's the scenario:

I have a basic router that was provided by my ISP in a room on one end of the house and I have a CCTV system in another room on the other end of the house which I wish to network to the router. Now the problem is I can't connect the CCTV system to the router via Ethernet due to some weird circumstances nor can I use an EOP solution as the systems are on different electrical circuits.

The main goal is to connect the CCTV system to my router where I can then forward particular ports so that I can remotely view the cameras.

Really out of ideas guys and any and all help will be much appreciated :)

Get a wireless modem/router and wireless cams. Because using something without wires or wireless wont work

What are the weird circumstances as to why you can't connect the CCTV to the router via Ethernet?

Do you have COAX cable at both locations, so you can run ethernet over COAX? Also how far is the camera from the router? Are they on the same floor?
