This is some of the specs of my computer
Intel[R] Pentium [R] Dual CPU
E220 @ 2.20GHZ
2.19GHz, 3.00 GB OF RAM
MOBO: ASROCK 945GCM-S

QUESTIONS:
Is it ok to only change my MOBO AND PROCESSOR for this???
To turn it for gaming..???

Yes sir for gaming... I think my PSU is old too.. because i brought it last 2008
i can't see the name because im using it right now sir thanks.

$500 is equivalent to 21,500 pesos here... But the H81M ASROCK MOBO I think is not available
can you sir base the components/parts to this link
