Will a none oc gpu work with a oc gpu?

You will be fine as long both cards are GTX 780Ti.

Pretty sure it will, however they will both run equivalent to the non-oced graphics card. However, think that its a good way to shorten the life of the new one. I would recommend resetting the old one or putting them both to the same voltage
