Okay my PC has been acting up lately, i am running the following
MSI Z7A-G41 Motherboard
Intel i5-3570k OC'd to 4.2ghz
MSI NVIDIA GTX 660 Ti
Hyper Evo 212 Cooler

Now i am having problems running games etc. When i play a game it will start lagging out of nowhere, I had my GPU replaced 4-5 months ago and im not sure if its my GPU or CPU. My cpu has been OC'd to 4.2ghz since the day i bought it, March 2013 roughly. I am wondering if there are any tests i can do to see which part of my computer is messing up, I usually dont lag on theese games but it has slowly started getting worse. Thanks for any help/

Solution
If you see a sudden drop in FPS, this can mean you have exceeded available video memory and started paging to disk, reduce some settings.
If playing multiplayers games, check your ping.
You can use task manager or perfmon to monitor CPU usage and system memory utilization.
You can use software shipped with your graphics card to monitor the GPU and VRAM utilization.
